I disagree.

You want the burden of proof to be on the prosecutors. If it were like that in murder trials, nobody woudl be a prosecutor because by your logic, if a prosecutor can't get a conviction of the suspect, then that automatically implicates the prosecutor himself.
Like I've said before, I'm fine with the fact that there are mistakes in the "official story" and unanswered questions, however, that doesn't implicate the people attempting to find those answers (our government) any more than a prosecutor is implicated if he can't figure out exactly how the murderer or suspect committed a crime.

Free market capitalism isn't right for America because it works better. It's right because it's free (and it works better).
