As many of us have noted, the more clever trolls try to keep it at zero, and a lot of posts have 50-100 votes going both ways. Some of the moderators have noted that as well.

How exactly statistical possible is it to get a down vote as soon as someone up votes it for hours? To the mob, trolls, and those that don't like thinking, apparently the way to engage the public is not to contrib e anything, but try to hide information, troll, spam, and destroy the reputations of those actually posting.
