Steel does not have to melt to be weak. look at the charts. I'm not trying to convince you. I have looked at the info you have posted b4. I'm not looking for an argument. but look at what happens to a non fire proofed building that catch fire. If buildings did not need to be fire proofed there would be many cool things you could do in design that you cannot do right now.
