Accreditation is done state by state. Paul's effort here is just a homeschooling curriculum, so your state's homeschooling laws would apply. Most states don't give out diplomas for homeschooled kids. Some require testing; some just the parents' assertion that a child has "graduated." I know that in some states internet-based schools are state accredited, but, as far as I know they are net-based schools run completely in that state. (For example, Alaska has at least one school district that put a great deal of effort into creating on-line versions of its classes and state law allows any student in the state to register in that school district and take the courses online.)
