Maybe, But As A Former Commercial Beekeeper,,,

I have another theory:

Some plants emit natural toxins that can kill insects and pests that harm the plant.
The best example I can think of is the Coastal Redwood tree, whose wood/lumber is noted for natural insect repellent, durability, and long life in a tropical high insect damaging to most woods area.

Monsanto and GMO companies are modifying live plants with the natural toxins already found in nature that kill insects.
Are these natural toxins found in GMO modified nectar, pollen, and propolis, that Honeybees collect?

I don't know, as no one seems to be researching this.
