You have it backwards.
I did it once and it worked really well but lack of energy is a big problem since I really like to work out a lot.
Obviously not eating enough fat.
Also, having to take fibre supplements just to pass stools is a bitch.
Your ability to pass stools have more to do with healthy gut bacteria than it does with fiber.
