Pandering to labor out of my own pocket

is the same as paying more taxes to support trade union contracts. Economists have demonstrated that consumers (all of us) benefit if they spend less (or when they do spend, buy more goods with the money to satisfy their needs.) Then personal wealth is maximized.

Our fight should be against "safety" and "environmentalist" government regulations and for quick, just and affordable courts. Then capital and jobs will come back. And yes, close the borders until free-market capitalism is fully restored.
