Do not quit suddenly, you have to taper off VERY SLOWLY - trust me on that one. Unless you have a yearning desire to see what "bat shit crazy" feels like. But get through it, get over it, get around it, but most of all - get off it. Most of the "disorders" are NORMAL, PASSING PHASES of a life well lived. If you do not experience depression, you have never really loved anything. If you are never anxious, you have never pushed yourself to excel. If you are never angry, you are not paying attention.
