I give them credit. A good number showed up to at least listen to what he had to say. They were sometimes vocal but overall respectful. That shows an open mind.
He is a politician who speaks for a living but it isn't always easy to get up and speak to a crowd. Stats: 75% of all people experience some degree of anxiety/nervousness when public speaking.
The more time he spends out of his comfort zone the more comfortable and natural he will become. I hope he continues it and spends as much time listening as speaking. Good job.
