the thought never crossed my mind, frying dandilions.. I LOVE fried squash flowers, which I bread in a tempura like batter and pan fry in garlicy olive oil.. I'm going to try your recipe.. and maybe scotch broom would been good too, after all wine is made from both danilions and scotch broom.
