FYI, once a week I make potato wedges

simply slice a red potato into six wedges and spice them up - it only takes a tad bit of oil and I use only 2 tablespoons for about 4 lbs of potatoes and bake them at 350 for about 45 mins. I usually use dill and paprika but I've been looking for ways to include the taste of lime in our meals so I will try your lovely spice mixture on them. Thx again.
