Keeping in mind that this was our first time trying to do this. The consensus was that of the flavored ones, the salt and black pepper was best and the lime, serrano, garlic and cilantro was second. The others weren't bad, but I think lack of oil involved to cook those spices properly may keep them from giving up the goods. And course plain with a dash of Louisianan hot sauce was really good too. Next time will try her actual recipe for salt and vinegar.
