I think we, as in America, can love our enemy by giving him a trial by jury. First to determine whether he is indeed guilty (not that I doubt it for a second, but until he is proven guilty in a court of law, he is innocent), and second to ensure he is given the proper justice for his crime, should he be convicted.
In this case it would be appropriate for his life to be ended (don't debate capital punishment - if you're against it just read "ended by being locked away for 800 years"), and anything less would not be good for him or us. That's this guy's opinion!
