Mature people stand back, watch and then form an opinion. The younger crowd wants to yell fire. Boosting their egos by being the first to solve the dramatic mysteries in the news. They do it with a fierceness. "I figured it out!". That's what they want, to show how smart they are. Alex Jones has the same sort of hair trigger mentality to "be the first". "I told you so" feels good to say. To show that he is right. He slays the demons for the good of humanity. That's the entertainment in it and why a lot of people visit this place. They figure the Daily Paul is popular, and to become known you gotta shout in the crowd to be noticed. Just look at the Drudge report. The majority love the dangerous things going on. After a while some people grow out of that, realize that politics and reading bad news don't lead to anything of real value in the end. Eventually the Alex Jones crowd will figure it out. But until that time enjoy the show.
