A tip for your chili.

I like to use a pinch to 1/4 tsp per pound of meat of Whole Pantry garam masala added right as I turn off the fire and cover the pot. This is available from Whole Foods. Of course you could easily make your own. It gives a subtle aroma of cinnamon, clove etc. to add complexity. But you don't want to over do it because it will become too obvious.

Resist the temptation to feed the trolls.
