many of those who often have villains or losers or anti-heroes/bad ass roles also often are quite liberty minded. Think for instance:
Him, Jeremy Irons, or Gary Oldman, or Vince Vaughn, or Gerard Depardieu, or Jean Reno (the Professional), or Schneider (Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo)...
Those who enjoy to play villains and losers, with talent... as opposed to those who prefer heroes and good guys roles... All of them lying for a living, since acting...
Would there be some odd counter-correlation to what they value in real life?
