and i was dismayed that the pro paleo commenters here had zero comment, of course perhaps they didn't watch it. when you say it is unhealthy remember that there are various versions of it. some paleos eat mostly fruit and vegetables and only small portions of meat. as for grains, even the top plant based doctors disagree. bottom line: eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and eliminate foods that don't work for you. dr fuhrman who i particularly like recommends the same portion of raw veggies to cooked.
