I like Dr. Fuhrman

Following the recommendations in his book, I found he's right -- tastes do change when you adopt a plant-based diet. I don't miss cheese or meat at all (I NEVER thought that would happen). More energy, a better mood, clothes that fit better -- it's a terrific way to live.

As for a little meat, Fuhrman, in his book, says fish is okay on occasion as long as you watch the mercury; so I still eat seafood occasionally because I love it and it's hard to find vegan choices in restaurants, but I avoid the meaty, larger fish that have higher mercury levels.
