I am about 50. I think there might be something to the do not eat modern wheat thing. I have been experimenting the last few years on myself and my kids with it. The side effects are odd that we might attribute to it. Overall health, sickness, attitudes, etc. We would not tell that kids that we were doing this and we see the differences. I am not convinced it is as simple as it sounds however.
