The Primal Blueprint is a good jumping off point BUT...

I really wish that such intellectuals would think more about the issue of their health and diet, and maybe they would come to different conclusions.
I live in South Korea. Fat people are a RARITY. I mean, what I'm telling you. I would guess that 1-100 people are overweight, and that's in developed areas. Rural is even rarer. Spotting very obese people, happens even more infrequently. Now, the reason I'm talking about fat people in Korea, is that, Koreans diet is based around rice. Rice for every meal of the day. So, this theory that grain will make you fat, just doesn't hold weight. And, limiting the amount of fruit you intake, is just nutty! Eat and enjoy all the fruit you want! It's much more healthy than Bacon!

C'mon, Tom, think this stuff through a little more. I sympathize with Mr. Woods, and other Paleo people though. I started there myself, before moving on to greener pastures.
