I consume way fewer calories

I consume way fewer calories than I need and my weight doesn't move. Some days I won't consume a thing but water, just because I am mentally busy and the sense of hunger takes a back seat to the task at hand. If weight loss was so simple as just eating less than your resting rate of burn, people wouldn't struggle with it and could just cut calories and still sit on their ass. If you aren't getting all of the trace nutrients that are not in the food supply anymore your body will not take the energy from the fat stored on your gut. It will just be fatigued all the time and your body will continue to store fat.
