I take those words in a future sense:

and the way I am hearing you: "It says that His true saints are to be able to judge the entire world"

I am hearing you say that His Saints currently judge the world.

The verse does not say "His true saints are able to judge the entire world." The verse says "2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world?"

We will judge the world then. We do not judge the world now.

Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, 15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

And also see a caution here:

Jude 1:8 Likewise also these [filthy] dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. 9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durstnot bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

When the saints come with the Lord, the saints will no longer be coming no longer as mortals. We will be as He is.

1 Corinthians 13:12 KJV
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

1 John 3:2 KJV
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

I may have misunderstood you, but wanted to clarify incase someone else reads as I did. It is my understanding that any judging by the Saints will be in the future and the saints will be as Jesus Christ is...knowing.
