that's a first

Those screaming "FALSE FLAG!" are most certainly "right" - in their own minds. They "know" and have "proof" that it was all a hoax. To them it is so "obvious" that anyone who can't see it is an "idiot."

So, a false flag is when a crime takes place, but it is claimed to have been a fake event. Then, false flag simply means hoax. Interesting.

I was thinking that a false flag was designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by entities other than those who actually planned and executed them. A well documented concept - with elements hoax, to be sure.

Which discussion is better for promoting liberty to non-initiates?
A) discussion over whether the 4th Amendment was violated...
B) discussion over whether it was a staged Hollywood production...

Rhetorical question, no need to answer. I guess disagree with your overall premise. And I think that's a first.
