To say "they don't work" is wrong.

Just because they aren't on the market doesn't mean the product doesn't exist. I obviously can't disprove you since I have not seen one myself, but you can't disprove that these devices do exist, either.

Here's an example that you might consider: The B2 Stealth Bomber has been "in rumors" since the late 1970's, yet, the USAF finally declassifies "the aircraft in whole." Which means, certain devices within the B2 Bomber are still classified as "Secret" or "Top Secret."

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.
