South Carolina can't be all bad...

I understand that the S.C. legislature essentially nullified Obamacare!

I wonder how that happened? Who persuaded them to do that?

It is not the only state to have done that.

They may not have used the term nullification. What they did was to prohibit any bill necessary to enact ObamaCare.

you would think the doctors would be the ones to fight this, after all it enslaves them.

In principle, the supreme court claimed that forcing a citizen to buy health insurance is constitutional.
I am waiting for Obama to announce that doctors planning to close their practices must get permission from the State first!

No Man's need constitutes an obligation on the part of another man to fulfill that need.
