There is only one way to do it. The Right Way. Let me tell you something, I have the luxury of over 60 years of family experience through their sufferings, of mine and friends of families, on the stand and off, in front of and behind the bench, and my own jury rotations (that's plural) to learn from societies' mistakes in Law and Equity. I'll pass on the 10 years of my life wasted pursuing a skill I don't have to be reprogrammed to comprehend. I don't know Everything. You sure don't know everything about the law. Your a pompous Fool if you think so. I sincerely hope you don't. I have already succeed where others have failed. Grant it, I have also lost a few in my time but, son, I clearly don't need to prove that to you.

I was rather hoping you would indulge me with an answer to my question: To what limit, if any, does a human being retain the right to consent? I'm not asking for a thesis on the question just a paragraph or two. But that's too much to ask.

"In Civil Jurisprudence it too often happens that there is so much law, that there is no room for Justice, and that the claimant expires of wrong in the midst right, as mariners die of thirst in the midst of water."

-Charles Caleb Colton (1780–1832)
