The problem is what else is contained in the bill. If it was just one paragraph straight to the point then I could understand your position. I generally don't agree with any taxes, but I understand how you could argue that this falls under the Commerce Clause. Sadly, this bill will most likely be a good thousand pages long, full of loopholes for well-connected corporations and plenty of infringements on privacy. Not to mention a nice little hidden paragraph basically saying that the Feds can shut down any website they don't like for "security reasons" without any justification. (The DailyPaul comes to mind)
Sorry, but no bill coming out of D.C. will solve any problems. They will only make things worse, as they always have.
