You believe the government doesn't have the computing space? Really? That is not a problem for them. It has been discovered, I thought it was generally accepted knowledge by now. Do you read much? They don't have to transfer all of it to government owned servers, most private servers store emails, etc., and they regularly search these. But there's massive computer space at the NSA, Langley Virginia likely holds a lot. Some is stored on databases of other countries and private companies, but they are expanding as these older servers are filling up quick.
