You're looking at this the wrong way. The problem is not with unregulated capitalism, it's with political power. Gov't should not have the power it has. Take away the 'political power' of Gov't and very soon Corp's will stop trying to use that power.
This kind of reminds me why Corp's didn't lobby Ron Paul like they did with other politicians, because they knew no matter how much they tried RP wouldn't waiver on his obligations to the Constitution, so any money spent lobbying him was wasted and soon they stop trying. Same thing would happen if you take away the 'political power', Corp's would stop trying to use the 'force' of Gov't to pad their profits.
