A Clarification

You are talking about "unalienable" rights, which can be under contract.
The rights described in the Constitution are "inalienable" rights. These are rights that we are all born with and cannot be taken from us.

There's a big difference between the two. Very important information, look into it more if interested. Notice how the Declaration of Independence uses "inalienable" for a reason.
