Resource concealment and discrete sharing are difficult

Early on, the differences aren't so great, but those who are nourished verses those who lack will make attract attention to where and when food is accessed by those nourished folks. Farming, even wildcraft plant planting, requires a community to tend and defend or critters of all kinds will wipe out your efforts before you can reap the rewards of it.

Offering instruction on building a nourishing garden, or a system of farming; when facing folks with immediate wants and needs, isn't likely to work persuasively and will require a multi-layered defensive strategy to help decide who lives better or not.

Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have the exact measure of the injustice and wrong which will be imposed on them. - Frederick Douglass
