Use a fake name if you're worried about that. Use bitcoin or a prepaid card to buy the URL from a non-US domain registrar. Use bitcoin or a prepaid debit card (only the AmEx one works internationally, btw) to purchase hosting.

Use fake names at real addresses or fake "nominees" in places like Panama, Singapore - or maybe a country with either good web privacy laws (like Iceland) or good gun laws like Albania or Brazil.

Whatever you do, just make sure it's all outside the US jurisdiction, and use nominees, blind llc's or fake names and addresses if you don't want to be known.

People who just want to buy shit on Godaddy with their own name and bank account and host it on BlueHost - don't listen to them. The Feds aren't God. Stop being so afraid and just act, people! Good luck, dherik!
