This almost sounds like an open and shut case. I dont think they will be able to enforce this.

On a less serious note:
Does it strike anyone else as unwise to fire someone who was claiming they were going to go shoot the place up? Am I think only one that finds this somehow loony toon comical? Basically they just did the one thing that would set a person off because they wanted to stop him from being set off. This is like saying you decided to burn your friend's house down in order to stop him from burning it down.
