I smoke

before going to the gym.

365 deadlift
245 bench
315 squat
185 military press

All while listening to Bob Marley with a groovy buzz. Can't say it's affected my workout in a bad way :)

Oh, and my weight has stayed within 190-200 at 6'1 for the past 2 years. Without pot, I couldn't possibly eat the amount of food necessary to keep my strength up.
