right - I've worked at many restaurants and my husband is GM of a sports bar and I've never worked anywhere that didn't use oil recyclers. I went to Bacon Bacon's FB page and here's the photo's of their grease trap and how they recycle their grease. I don't think this is about the the grease, it's about the smell.
