one thing i would love made

one thing i would love made clarified, does the us government consider foreign communication that uses there systems, their phone lines, their dns servers, their ip's, do they consider them, american in its origin,m and therefore open to the nanny state, or are they obliged and indeed do, destroy, no wait thats to they not open whatever material they store that involves foreign communication......or are they aware that if all it takes is for us citizens to communicate via foreign methods, then they'd be, by their laws, hands tied behind, i think they take this into consideration, so its likely the us is spying on more then just americans......or at least that is the level of trust i hold on some, in the us government
