The Founding Fathers were wise instruct Congress to levy tariffs

The Founding Fathers intended that tariffs be the primary source of revenue for the federal government. Tariffs are not intended to attempt to shape foreign nations or their forms of government -- we are to avoid foreign entanglements. Tariffs are designed to promote self-sufficiency for the American economy, so that we control the means of production for our goods and services, not other nations or multinational corporations. The anti-tariff movement was part of the globalists' plan to hijack America's federal government at the beginning of the 20th century. This is the time period when all the bad stuff went down, such as the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th and 17th Amendments, to transform America from a self-sufficient nation to a nation of perpetual war in service of the globalists to build their one world dystopia. The only 2 historical reasons that were used to justify the imposition of the income tax was to pay for war costs (namely, the Civil War) and to pay for reductions in tariffs. So, end wars and bring back tariffs, and the income tax can be abolished with no new tax to replace it.
