He's one hacking at the leaves.

I don't know what TED is or what "Tedizens" are, and I don't know this speaker who ID's himself as a liberal, but I can say he was well prepared and intelligent, though an "intelligent liberal" is mostly an oxymoron.

But I can also say that he's, ironically, still hacking at the leaves and not identifying the root.

True, the problem ABSOLUTELY IS "the funders," but he fails to identify who the funders are. And he says what "they" are doing is legal. Wrong!

And he also perpetuates the myth of the Left / Right paradigm.

The real battle is not Left vs. Right, but Authoritarians vs. Libertarians, it's those who want to centralize power vs. those who want decentralized power with federal power completely bound and limited by the Constitution.

Lastly, "the root" he fails to hack at is the Federal Reserve banks, the bank owners, THAT criminal conspiracy, and the unlimited fiat money they can print. We must "defund" the funders by abolishing the Federal Reserve and the IRS.

And stop listening to this speaker's nonsense of, "do you have that love"! I'm sure that made him feel good, but he entirely misses the point.

By my summary above of the true root, one can easily see the genius of Dr. Ron Paul.

"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a rEVOLution before tomorrow morning." - Henry Ford
