Uhh, intent matters pretty

Uhh, intent matters pretty much. There's one thing in making a civil case to make sure your property gets fixed, but you can't go around expecting the law to punish someone criminally for stuff like F, G, or H. We don't need laws to tell us what is right and wrong. There doesn't need to be a law on the books to punish someone for being stoned while driving and actually being the cause of the accident. There is common sense. There is zero reason why drugs and alcohol should automatically make a person at fault in an accident. Law is anti-liberty. Laws are completely grey, and to attempt to control people before they do something. A justice is all we need. That system punishes people for actual crimes. Law is just to generate revenue to pay career public servants by punishing people for thought crimes.
