They'd be terrible at it, i think concepts like "the customer is always right" would completly and utterley go over their heads.......probably ask you to join and block access to jim from the counters, from the limited supply of coffee in the canteen, while offering you a free candy, you end up paying with the hidden increased price hike, on all the other products you buy........well, at least they have one thing in common......they'll both do it with a warm smile
