Don't hold your breath

Okay, Holder deserves something to come his way, at least a contempt of Congress action if not a perjury action. And corresponding and voicing your opinion to that end is great.

But doing it by means of some quacked up illegitimate process actually is counterproductive, as it makes it appear that only lunatics support doing something about the problem. Obviously, this isn't an official arrest warrant. No one will act on it, a few might laugh at it, some might throw it in the trash. Creating it may have violated criminal statutes, given that he poses as a government official and makes purported demands on the real government to act according to his misguided directive.

But the delusion really is apparent when one sees how the author of it describes himself. He claims to be "without the United States", which appears to mean he doesn't consider himself a US citizen. He then goes on to state he IS a state citizen.

Never minding the fact that a citizen of any state is a US citizen, he then proclaims that HE is the "Attorney General In Fact" whatever the hell that is, of the US government, which he claims to be "without", i.e., not a part of. Hey that's great! I also got a junior firefighter badge while on a field trip in grade school, and a plastic sheriff's badge out of a Cracker Jack's box. That doesn't mean I have any authority or that anyone will act on my urging. But even more - he has to qualify it by saying he is only the "Acting" Attorney General meaning that whoever would normally hold the make believe position he has created in his own blog has somehow vacated it and, no doubt because of his lengthy qualifications (two sub-doctorate degrees and lots of time in mommy's basement ever since) he had to step in to SAVE THE REPUBLIC. The republic that he is not a part of. Or something like that. (scratches head)

He also describes himself as a "qualified Federal witness." There is no such thing. Anyone who gets subpoenaed to testify is a qualified federal witness. Does this mean he has a heartbeat and can process air voluntarily?

The use of the term "sui juris" means he is wearing all the badges and incidences of a free-range lunatic of the legal system.

And, despite all of the meritorious reasons to do something to hold Holder in contempt, the author/OP decides to focus on an obscure record-keeping error, of questionable validity that is impossible for him to know the truth of. As he says, Holder "failed to execute valid Office of Personnel Management (“OPM”) Standard Form 61 (“SF-61”) APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS." Oh Noes! What will we do without those "standard form sf-61 documents." Bottom line, translated to English, this shit is meaningless.

Does the author have his own sf-61 standard form appointment affadavit? I'd be curious who signed it.

And, it is rather strange for one of his own questionable credentials (none of which appear to include even a legal education) to emphasize what he describes as "the existence of similar missing and/or defective credentials required by Law." Even his English is deplorable. If you are going to describe one as not having credentials, why not say that? Why say they are "missing?" And then why refer to the "existence of missing credentials?" Very confusing.

But that isn't enough for our (self)esteemed author! No sirree! He has to go full tilt and then provide a link to a Nesara page. For those who don't know, Nesara is a pathetic hoax that requires an inordinately low IQ to believe in. It involves space aliens, dinar revaluation, and free money for nothing, a sort of a socialism for navel gazers, enforced by make believe beings from zeta reticuli! Get yours while supplies last! Check it out for shits and giggles.
