Perhaps the ultimate trump to Central Bank aggression is a mutual alliance between Russia and China? Ideologically they are not altogether different, both have a history of communist government, Russia having completely abandoned it and China sort of in that they have embraced capitalism to a large degree, just not "democracy", and they both share a large part of the Asian continent together.
China and Russia both know they will have to form some sort of mutual defense alliance sometime in the future. It's just a question of when?
