I see an anarchic society as the only morally righteous choice of governing. A constitutional republic may work for a short period of time, but eventually becomes the behemoth state that we are aware of today. It's the state's nature to exploit and grow regardless of the attitudes of the people. I think it was Jefferson who said that a constitutional republic would require a revolution every 20 years or so, like a big reset button. Nonetheless, it's still immoral at it's infant stage. The only alternative would be self-governance. I'm not aware of how peaceful it'd be though, neither can any of us predict, but would it be any more than the coercion used by the state?
