Laws were broken

The only thing right about what Michelle Bachman said was that "Laws were broken" got that right, The Supreme Law of the Land was Broken, its called the CONSTITUTION.
The trust the American people had in their government, that they would not allow the NSA to violate the 4th amendment, and the flagrant invasion of privacy was also broken.
Those in Government (against Snowden) are the ones with the most dirt to hide. You should be "upset" that the Constitution is being violated, you know the document you swore to defend.
If this NSA monitoring is "transparent" then that means "We The People" will have access to who you've been talking to Ms. Bachman..Right?
This should fall under the "freedom of information" Act...
First Cheney, Now Bachman...who else?
