Sitting and even crossing your legs for extended periods

of time can easily cause a clot. I know because I took a marathon road trip last summer and got a clot in my right leg that broke free and fortunately went to a lung. If anyone does a lot of driving or sitting for extended periods of time, remember to get out of your car and stretch at least once an hour. Clots are easier to get than people imagine
