it's just for tourists. Of course NYers know a 3rd tower fell! This is a great ad for anywhere, except the NY metro area. For the City, an ad with more intrigue would work better.
The best advertising I've ever seen was back in the day when there were small plaques cemented into the sidewalks all over NYC. The message was simple: "Pray for Rosemary's baby". The movie hadn't been released yet and nobody knew what it meant but, the intrigue of that message had an impact. When the movie "Rosemary's Baby" was released, it was a huge hit. Intrigue, people. Intrigue.
