Here's one problem with his

Here's one problem with his theory. He's skeptical that "any analyst" would have access to the documents Snowden found. Well, "any analyst" wouldn't have access, but a sys admin might, and that's what Snowden was.

A database of classified documents is going to have a security system in front of it, restricting access based on the "rights" or "authorities" of the analyst. But somebody has to have "authority" to maintain the system. That's the sys admin.

There can be, and should have been at Booz Allen, additional personnel overseeing the sys admin because he has this authority, but it's very believable that this was either overlooked or done lazily.
