The irony is that smaller roads mean more bottlenecks, and as the commute drives down the price of homes in the 'burbs, only people with more time than money will commute, probably owning older cars, and the carbon will get worse as they sit in traffic...which proves it's not about the environment.

The good news is he can't do it before his term ends.
