I work in Benefits Technology and HRIS systems and I can tell you that every employer out there is panicking over trying to figure all this out. Some are using "pay or play" calculations to figure out if it is worth trying to cover everyone and are paying a lot of money for systems to report total hours etc. The whole thing is a mess, even industry people have no idea how to stay on top of all this crap.
We all share this eternally evolving present moment- The past and future only exist as inconsequential mental fabrications.
