The Gore'y Ox

Wrong, Ox's were used as a farm animals to plow the crops. They normally are not prone to attack others and were not raised to do so. But if they had attacked others in the past the owner would be held accountable. This breed of dog in most city ordinances I know of are defined as dangerous animals and have special restrictions in order to own one. That's the reason most people own them. They know they are dangerous to others and they have them for self protection, but they are responsible for not letting them loose on innocent people.
